Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Support VP – Accounting in preparing agenda, materials, and key issues for Audit Committee meetings, and track committee recommendations and action items through to completion.
- Coordinate information and audit matters with Internal Audit, External Auditor, Finance & Accounting, and other business functions, and summarize significant issues for management and the Audit Committee.
- Act as the main coordinator with the outsourced Internal Audit service provider — managing audit schedules, reviewing findings, and working with process owners on corrective action plans.
- Assess the adequacy of internal controls across key processes (revenue, procurement, inventory, fixed assets, cash, payroll, financial closing, approvals, related-party transactions), and identify control gaps, segregation-of-duty issues, and risks.

- Support coordination of External Audit matters, including outstanding requests, management letter points, and resolution of issues raised.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field; an accounting background is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Internal Control, ideally with a listed company, large organization, or audit firm.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CPA / Thai CPA, CISA, or other relevant audit or accounting certification is preferred; candidates currently pursuing CIA certification may also be considered.
