“Our results reflect the strength of CMAN’s business platform and our daily focus on better asset utilization, disciplined cost controls and consistent service quality. We are not only growing revenue, but also improving profitability by prioritizing higher-value customers and industries.”
A key milestone during the quarter was the acquisition of Lime Master Company Limited (“LM”), which became a CMAN subsidiary on 6 July 2026. CMAN acquired 99.99% of LM to expand its calcium products business.
“The acquisition of Lime Master immediately strengthens our production base and broadens our domestic customer reach, and we see meaningful opportunities to unlock further value from this business,” M.L. Chandchutha added.
CMAN’s growth momentum continued in October 2026 with major strategic moves in India, including an investment in Budakia Minerals Limited Liability Partnership and the acquisition of additional shares in Easternbulk Lime Products Private Limited, which increased CMAN’s combined ownership to 100%. These developments expand CMAN’s footprint across both northeastern and southern India.
“India is one of CMAN’s most important growth markets. Our expanded platform gives us stronger access to customers and resources in one of the world’s fastest-growing industrial regions. Our vision is to become one of the world’s top five lime producers, and with stronger operating results, recent acquisitions, and an expanding Indo-Pacific network, we are well positioned for sustainable growth,” concluded M.L. Chandchutha.
